1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CoreSynapse services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

CoreSynapse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services for your business or personal use, subject to these Terms of Service and any subscription plan you purchase.

You may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials on our platform except as necessary for your authorized use
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose other than as specifically allowed by your subscription plan
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software contained on CoreSynapse's platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Services and Subscription

CoreSynapse offers cybersecurity services including but not limited to threat detection, security assessments, and real-time monitoring. The specific features available to you will depend on the subscription plan you select.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and may be recurring based on the billing cycle you select. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Prices for services are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from us.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information when setting up your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Obtaining all necessary permissions to allow CoreSynapse to monitor and assess your systems as part of our services

5. Intellectual Property

The CoreSynapse platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CoreSynapse and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You retain all rights to any data you input into our services. You grant CoreSynapse a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoreSynapse, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  • Any content obtained from the services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoreSynapse services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CoreSynapse does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

While we strive to provide the highest level of security, no cybersecurity solution can guarantee complete protection from all threats. Our services are designed to reduce risk, not eliminate it entirely.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
